Yetunde Ayodele, ACIPM, is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Quick Fix Professional Services Limited, providing strategic leadership across the company’s outsourcing, HR outsourcing, professional cleaning services, recruitment, shared workspace, laundry, and car wash/care operations.

She holds a background in Accounting and brings over ten years of professional experience in the banking sector, where she developed strong expertise in operations, people management, and organisational systems. Her corporate experience laid a solid foundation for her transition into entrepreneurship, driven by a passion for service excellence, problem-solving, and business development.

In 2020, she founded Quick Klin Professional Cleaners, establishing a reputable cleaning agency based in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Under her leadership, Quick Klin has built a strong track record for delivering professional, reliable, and high-quality cleaning services, supported by modern equipment and a well-trained workforce. The company has successfully executed cleaning projects across South-West Nigeria, demonstrating capacity, scalability, and operational excellence.

Building on this success, Yetunde expanded into HR outsourcing and professional services with the launch of Quick Fix Professional Services Limited in 2022. Her vision was to bridge the gap between employers and employees by providing structured HR solutions that promote efficiency, productivity, and workplace harmony, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises.

In 2025, she further strengthened the company’s ecosystem with the launch of Quick Fix Work Hub, a modern shared workspace in Abeokuta designed to support entrepreneurs, startups, freelancers, and corporate teams. The hub reflects her commitment to creating professional environments that encourage collaboration, innovation, and sustainable business growth.

Yetunde is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), reinforcing her professional grounding in human resource management and people-focused leadership.
